Relate Bracelets is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Relate Bracelets team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a three-month contract (maternity coverage), playing a crucial role in co-ordination of sales and marketing activities while contributing to the development and execution of Relate's impactful strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with the Key Accounts Manager to drive sales.

• Manage and support customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Track and follow up on customer interactions to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Maintain accurate administration records and documents to ensure efficient operations.

• Lead the implementation of impact strategies, from conceptualisation to successful execution.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and assistance.

• Efficiently process orders, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage and regularly update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Contribute to social media efforts, supporting creative content creation and engaging with our online community.

• Assist in analysing sales and customer data to drive informed decision-making.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

• A marketing or business-related qualification is a plus.

• Prior experience in the retail or nonprofit sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Experience with creative content creation and graphic design is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A creative mindset with a passion for impact-driven initiatives.
