Since 1982, Operation Smile has delivered hundreds of thousands of life-changing surgical procedures and provided comprehensive cleft care in communities around the world. Today, our global network works across more than 35 countries, including several across Africa, strengthening local healthcare systems and expanding access to quality surgical care where it is needed most.
