Women for Water is a Global Water Challenge scaling impact across 21 countries to reach 100 000 women and girls in over 300 communities by 2022.
Around the world, women and girls bear the burden of water collection and spend their days walking miles, waiting in long lines and experiencing harassment for water that is often unsafe to drink.
Relates has partnered GWC Women for Water so they can transform communities and enable women and girls to spend more time in school, generate income, take time for themselves and actively participate in their communities. Together we are supporting women’s empowerment through water.
